Contractions

I was learning how to make contractions. I can make two longer words into one shorter word. It was easy because the new words had pats of the two words in it.

Punctuation Marks

I was learning about punctuation marks. I know when to use each punctuation mark. It was easy because we have been practising using punctuation marks in class.

Place Value

I was learning about place value. I can identify how many tens and ones are in two digit numbers. It was easy because the video we watched in class explained it well.

Making Inferences

I was learning to make inferences. I can identify and describe what the author wanted me to feel,think about or see in the text. It was tricky because it was not easy to find the clues in the text.
